In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "f88d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the f88d platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://f88d.app.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the f88d platform or accesses any f88d service.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on f88d.
• "Platform" means the f88d website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software provided by f88d for accessing its services.
• "Services" means all products offered through the f88d platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and all associated cashier and account management functions.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the PKR balance held in a player's f88d account, representing real-money funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or other non-cashable incentives credited to an account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register an account and use f88d Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. f88d enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentation to verify age upon registration or at any subsequent point.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of f88d, its affiliates, its technology partners, or any immediate family member of such an employee, with respect to any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on f88d. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether intentional or otherwise, is strictly prohibited. f88d reserves the right to suspend all duplicate accounts and consolidate or forfeit associated balances at its sole discretion.

f88d may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a binding obligation to maintain account access indefinitely.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including their registered mobile number, account PIN, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with the account.

• You must not share your account access credentials with any other person. f88d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a player's failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify f88d support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Accounts must be maintained in your own legal name. Name changes on f88d accounts require supporting documentation and prior approval from the f88d compliance team.
• f88d reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, upon detecting unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance review.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

Deposits: All deposits to the f88d wallet must be made through payment methods approved and listed by f88d, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to the player's f88d wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• f88d does not accept cash deposits or cheque payments.
• f88d reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit method belongs to the registered account holder before processing any associated withdrawal.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 1 to 4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Allied): typically 1 to 3 business days.

f88d reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. Players with outstanding active wagering requirements on bonus funds may not withdraw the bonus component of their balance until those requirements are satisfied.

All bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by f88d are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms disclosed with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. f88d reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, geographic location, or other criteria without prior notice.
• All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are disclosed at the time the offer is presented.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the specified expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at expiry will be forfeited automatically.

• f88d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple account registration to claim the same offer, matched betting against one's own positions, or exploitation of system errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the f88d platform — including live dealer casino games, RNG slot titles, and virtual table games — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules disclosed within the individual game interface:

• All RNG-based games operate using certified random number generation technology independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG table game titles are published in the game information panel within the f88d platform.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated in real time and are not subject to any form of manipulation by f88d.

The following rules apply specifically to all sports betting activity conducted through the f88d platform, covering all pre-match and live in-play markets including cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, UFC, and all other listed sports:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to confirmation of the bet. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet.
• f88d reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect or erroneously published odds. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without prior notice, including during active play. Bets submitted during a suspension period that have not been confirmed will be rejected.
• All cricket betting markets — including PSL franchise matches, Pakistan national team fixtures, international bilateral series, and ICC tournament matches — are settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).
• Abandoned or postponed matches will be settled in accordance with f88d's event-specific rules. Where no specific rule applies, bets on abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned.
• Accumulators and combination bets are subject to the same individual event rules. If any single selection within an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the voided selection removed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport and market type.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f88d platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on f88d, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any structured betting strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional terms.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino environments, or any other multiplayer context to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any proceeds of unlawful conduct through the f88d platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or altered identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Accessing f88d from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law and deliberately circumventing geo-restriction measures using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the platform, including distributed denial of service attacks, unauthorised access attempts, or injection of malicious code.

All content available on the f88d platform — including but not limited to the f88d brand name, logo, trade marks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, data feeds, and all other platform content — is the exclusive intellectual property of f88d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No player or third party is permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any f88d platform content without prior written authorisation from f88d. Unauthorised use of f88d intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

Game content supplied by third-party providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other certified suppliers) remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f88d and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's voluntary decision to place wagers on the platform. All gaming activity involves inherent financial risk.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions caused by circumstances beyond f88d's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or internet connectivity issues.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature arising from a player's use of the f88d platform.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the platform that originate from third-party data providers.

Where f88d's liability cannot be excluded by law, f88d's total aggregate liability to any player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

f88d collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by players in accordance with the f88d Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on f88d, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by f88d is used for the following primary purposes: account administration, identity and age verification, fraud prevention and security monitoring, regulatory compliance including AML obligations, customer support, and delivery of personalised promotional communications where consent has been provided.

f88d does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or licensing obligation. • Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to prior written notice and the applicable dormant account policy.
• At f88d's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's interests or obligations under applicable law.

A player may voluntarily close their f88d account at any time by submitting a closure request via the account settings page or through live chat support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

f88d reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of these Terms, including the date of last update, is always published on this page.

For material changes to these Terms — being changes that materially affect players' rights or obligations — f88d will provide at least 14 days' prior notice to registered players via the contact information held on their account (typically SMS notification to the registered Pakistani mobile number). Minor clarifications, typographical corrections, and non-material amendments may be made without advance notice.

A player's continued use of the f88d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the amended Terms. If a player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of f88d's operating license. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or connected with these Terms or a player's use of the f88d platform shall in the first instance be referred to the f88d customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the f88d support channel within a reasonable period, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution process specified under f88d's applicable gaming license. f88d will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner. The outcome of any dispute resolution process conducted under the licensing framework is binding on both parties, subject to any rights of further appeal available under applicable law.
